New Vista Quantum PlusTM DVR brochure now available

3rd  Dec 2009, Reading UK

A new Vista Quantum PlusTM DVR brochure detailing the range, and its advanced feature set, is now available in hard copy format and online from Vista.

The professional choice for the vast majority of CCTV surveillance applications, the new Quantum PlusTM 4, 8 and 16-channel DVR range offers evidential quality video. With real-time recording up to 400 ips, fully scalable recording can provide programmable resolution per channel, at CIF, 2CIF or D1. Allied to per channel frame rate selection, flexibility of recording can be tailored to accommodate each connected camera's specific requirements automatically, via an on-board time schedule, and in response to VMD, audio or alarm activation modes.

The new brochure also illustrates how Quantum PlusTM DVRs save on valuable bandwidth; with advanced Dual Streaming allowing images to be transmitted over a network at different frame rates (ips) and different resolution quality to those recorded to HDD.

Catering for systems integration and operation, Quantum PlusTM features coaxial FSK and multiprotocol RS485 telemetry control, suitable for a broad array of PTZ domes.

"Available in page turning PDF format and in hard copy, the new brochure includes all the information a user needs to know about the high-performance Quantum PlusTM DVR range," says Mark Prichard, Vista's divisional director. "A valuable resource, its clear and concise format details the advanced features of the new DVRs, which are available with a choice of HDD storage capacities ranging from 320GB up to 4TB."
