Release Pack04 now available for Vista Quantum Plus

Available to download for existing Quantum Plus users, Release Pack04 delivers a major upgrade to performance, an expanded feature set and greater operational flexibility.
Equipped with Release Pack04, Quantum Plus machines provide a full audit trail of operator commands via system logs. This makes it suitable for a variety of mission-critical applications, ensuring the ultimate in high-security surveillance recording and definable operator actions via a watertight audit trail.
Alarm handling is further improved with the switching of up to 4 different cameras and/or presets per alarm input, to provide greater flexibility within any triggered event. Additionally, cameras can now be individually configured to provide enhanced recording in response to scheduled, motion, alarm or audible events. Both the recording quality and update rates can be dynamically adjusted on a per camera basis - to capture higher quality recordings. This also saves on HDD storage and helps to reduce specific event search times.
Identification of individual Quantum Plus products in a multi-site system is aided via a new 21 site Address Book. Each DVR can be user assigned with a site or unit name, to facilitate easy identification within a network; simplifying download and remote interrogation of each unit, and cutting retrospective investigation times. Release Pack04 also equips the Quantum Plus range with 7 Operator Groups, each with individually assignable user rights.

Now standard throughout the Quantum Plus range, Release Pack04 can be retrospectively installed in any Quantum Plus DVR via free-of-charge download from the Vista website, or upgrade CD available from Vista.
